Electrical & Mechanical

The Electrical and Mechanical division began in 1992.

We offer a full range of electrical, mechanical and air conditioning services to commercial customers and work closely with many large companies - Kier, Costain Construction, Verry Construction, Metropolis, Durkans, Buxtons, Crems and Croudace to name just a few.

We are recognised as a very technically competent company that offers a complete design, estimation, supply and installation service to our clients. We work to the highest possible standards, have a motivated and well-trained team of engineers and electricians who are supervised by an experienced contracts manager during installation.

The electrical division offers a complete test and inspection facility.

Of particular interest may be the Periodic Inspection Reports for an electrical installation that is recommended for all properties whether domestic, commercial or industrial and due at varying time scales depending on the property type. This particular inspection may also be a requirement of an insurance or mortgage company on a change of owner of a property.

In addition we have the facilities to complete Emergency Lighting Periodic Inspection & Test Certificates, both are required by law for certain types of property and are usually renewable annually.

We are members of the NICEIC.

We are members of EXOR, which means we are approved to carry out Local Authority work.
